iPeer started as a small team trying to fix a simple problem: buying electronics online in Canada shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Years later, that’s still the mission driving everything we build — and we’re looking for people who want to help us do it better.
If you’re the kind of person who cares whether a product actually works, whether a customer actually gets helped, and whether the details actually get done right, you’ll probably fit in here.
What It’s Like to Work at iPeer
We’re not a massive corporation with layers of process between an idea and getting it done. Decisions move fast, ownership is real, and the work you do shows up directly in the experience customers across Canada have with us — whether that’s the product page they land on, the order that arrives on time, or the support reply that actually solves their problem.
Our team is based [out of our office in (city), with remote and hybrid roles available]. Wherever you’re working from, you’re expected to bring the same thing: genuine care about doing the job well.
Why People Choose to Build Their Career Here
Real ownership, not busywork. Roles at iPeer come with actual responsibility. You’re not shadowing a process for six months before anyone trusts you with something that matters.
A company still being shaped. iPeer is growing, which means the systems, the catalogue, and the customer experience aren’t finished — and the people working here right now have a real hand in shaping what comes next.
A team that sweats the details. From how a product listing is written to how a return is processed, we care about getting it right rather than getting it out the door. If that’s how you like to work, you’ll notice the difference immediately.
Benefits that support your life outside work, including [health benefits, paid time off, employee discount on iPeer products, and flexible scheduling].
